1) Members should not spam the forum or use it simply for self promotion. Spam is defined as repeated posting of irrelevant content or using it as a tool for advertising or promotion.
Limebird is designed to help those who are writing and at some times it may be necessary for your blog/piece of writing to be shown as an example. However, if it is felt by the moderators that you are abusing this, then your posts will be deleted/edited and you will be a given a warning.
2) Although your opinion is always welcome on Limebird, members should remain respectful to other members, moderators and administrators at all times. Bullying or offensive messages will not be tolerated. This also includes insulting, degrading or deliberately belittling other users.
In terms of language, this means any posts which include any inappropriate language such as swearing or obscenities. If you see anything of this nature, please report it to a moderator.
3) Administrators and moderators reserve the right to edit or remove your posts at any time. Determination of what is deemed inappropriate/spam etc is at the discretion of Team Members, not Limebird users. This includes any text, links or images which are offensive or inappropriate
4) If you upload anything which infringes copyright, then it will be removed. This includes anything which is not yours to distribute or passing off other people’s work as your own.
Also, anything condoning illegal activities such as hacking, spam or cracking will not be tolerated.
5) Unless you feel that a reply is constructive, members must not deliberately put down or embarrass other members. Mistakes within writing are only natural, so knocking someone’s confidence doesn’t help anyone. Everyone had to start somewhere and even professional writers need help with editing and proofreading.
6) Lastly, have fun! Limebird is meant to be somewhere where can all share our creativity, so get involved, start topics, encourage conversation and help each other! If you need any help with anything, please don’t hesitate to ask.
