So, my characters get into quite a few squabbles. However, I feel like they are very weak - embarrassingly weak.
I've got the final confrontation coming up soon and I don't want to screw it up! Any tips on writing fight scenes? Mainly involves hand to hand but sometimes guns, mainly stun guns. o:

I finally got around to reading those links (I've been meaning to for about a week, since I first saw this post, as I've written a few action scenes before). You're so completely right about drawing your way out of writer's block. I'm not really experienced enough to have had proper writer's block yet, but I've had some off days in early NaNoWriMos and just drawing the room or an object in question opens up the mind's pathways. I also love your choreographed fight scene diagram. I'll try this next time I come to write a fight. Amber, great question. LimeBirdMike, I love the answer!
