I'm not sure which way to punctuate pronoun use after a quotation mark ends. Help?

This is the proper way to punctuate with pronouns and quotation marks:
"True enough," she replied. "You haven't." She stood up and left the room.
The reason the first 'she' is lowercase is because it is part of the sentence 'true enough', whereas the second 'she' is its own sentence and that is why it's capitalized.
